Aerothermochemistry Lab Expansion
Ground-up construction of a pre-engineered metal building of the Aerothermochemistry Lab Expansion, an approximately 13,722 square foot, two-story complex pre-engineered metal building addition to the existing Wind Lab Complex. Scope includes SWPPP, earthwork, utilities, piers and carton form foundation, 2nd floor slab on deck, metal framing, interior finish-outs, storefront door, overhead doors, polished concrete, millwork, MEPs, fire suppression system, fire alarm, elevator, site concrete, pavement striping, ADA signs, landscaping, and irrigation.
