Caprock ER
Size: 7,400 sq. ft.
CapRock ER is a specialty new construction project. The scope included lt. gauge interior framing, a monolithic pour over, and pier foundation. The storefront was finished with a masonry/ stucco veneer. The space was completed with all electrical, HVAC, plumbing, finishes, millwork, and medical equipment.
